Find the MAC address on the box or its packaging (e.g. 00:1E:B8:XX:XX:XX). Convert it to an ID by replacing the first six digits with 00:1A:79 (e.g. 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX), then send that ID to our support team so we can activate your line before you begin.
