We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will be available at all times without interruption. Maintenance, third-party outages, internet problems or events beyond our control can affect streaming. We will always try to fix issues as quickly as possible.

9Refunds

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data or profit, or problems caused by your device, internet provider or third-party software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.
